About The Position
At Northshore Heights, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive, and resident-focused community. Our Personal Care Aides are at the heart of this mission, helping residents live comfortably, safely and with dignity. We are hiring a compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aide to join our team for 2pm-10pm shift. PCAs provide daily support to the residents with activities of daily living, companionship, and assistance that help them maintain independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
Nice To Haves
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required – training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support residents with mobility and assist with meals.
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ condition to nursing team.
