About The Position

Personal Care Assistance includes bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, ambulation, transfer assistance, meal preparation, feeding assistance, and medication reminders. Companion Care involves meaningful conversation, social engagement, emotional support, participation in activities and community outings, and observation and reporting of changes in client condition. Household Support includes light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and meal planning/preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Excellent communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience supporting seniors and individuals living with dementia
• Customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills
