Requirements

Tuberculosis (TB) screening/1-Step PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
Reliable transportation
Must be able to successfully pass a background check: "Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check. Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, medication reminders)
Support mobility (walking, transfers, repositioning, toileting)
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping/laundry
Provide transportation for errands or appointments
Maintain a safe environment and document care
Offer companionship, conversation, and respect for client privacy
