Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Background check clearance
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in personal care or related field is an asset, but NOT required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Provide companionship and support to promote emotional well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to client care
- Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
