Think a combination of Matt Gray + Iman Gadzhi + Shelby Sapp. This is a hands-on performance role — You’ll be mapping out the growth strategy, writing content, managing a small team, and optimizing the brand voice & image. Growth into CMO role possible and welcomed. Whether building a new profile from scratch or improving an existing one... About Richard Yu Richard turned a $500 digital product into an 8-figure online education empire. Now, he teaches others how to do the same while documenting everything on Instagram and YouTube.   • You've gained 100k+ followers for a personal brand in the info space
  • You’ve worked inside high-ticket coaching or online education brands
  • You’ve operated in a fast-paced sales environment that expects results

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the organic Instagram funnel.
  • Map out a growth plan for our organic Instagram presence
  • Establish us as an authority to attract the right audience for the brand
  • Research competitors & do niche research to find what's working
  • Strategize the brand across different organic platforms
  • Create high-converting, nurturing, and storytelling content (carousels, stories, reels)
  • Collaborate and lead the content creation team
  • Repurpose content from our existing library of posts, clips, images, and B-roll footage
  • Optimize and scale the funnel without being salesy
  • Track performance and improve KPIs
