About The Position

Our client, one of The Keller Group’s favorites, is looking for exactly that: a polished, strategic, imaginative Brand Strategist who can bring cohesion, creativity, and clarity to an already beloved national brand. </span></span></p> </span></span></p> Think of this role as part brand steward and part storyteller. You’ll sit at the heart of the corporate marketing team—owning customer journey strategy, orchestrating multi -channel content, overseeing reputation management, and keeping a finger on the pulse of emerging brand trends…all while guiding a small, mighty team. </span></span></p> </span></span></p>

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years in brand, marketing, CX, and/or social media leadership
  • Strong portfolio showcasing customer journey, social media, and content work samples
  • Exceptional writing and brand voice skills
  • Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Own the Customer Journey (Non -Negotiable): You’ll build and optimize end -to -end customer journeys with real test cases, insights, and measurable improvements. You’ll turn data into memorable, loyalty -boosting experiences that feel intentional and unmistakably on -brand.
  • Lead Corporate Brand Reputation: Act as the Voice of the Brand, overseeing reputation management, surveys, sentiment tracking, and online feedback. You’ll ensure everything public -facing—from tone to messaging—reflects the brand’s high standards.
  • Run Social Media & Content Strategy (With Purpose): You’ll develop the social calendar, guide content across platforms, and manage internal and external content creators. Strategic storytelling > trendy tactics. (And no AI -generated content shortcuts.)
  • Drive High -Impact Projects: Oversee a small internal team, collaborate across departments, manage vendors/agencies, and use project management tools to keep campaigns running smoothly and consistently.
  • Support Crisis Communication: Bring clarity and composure during urgent communication moments, helping coordinate fast, accurate, on -brand updates when needed.
