About The Position
West Shore Bank is a growing independent bank and is accepting applications for a Personal Banking Representative float in our Manistee, Onekama and Frankfort Markets. The Personal Banking Representative Float is responsible for promoting the Bank's products and services, opening new accounts and processing routine transactions for bank customers including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals and processing loan payments.
Requirements
- This is a float position, that will require traveling to Manistee, Onekama and Frankfort as needed.
- Motivated and have excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cash handling experience
- Prior customer service experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior Teller experience is helpful
