About The Position

Reliance Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor (PBA) to join their Tyrone, PA branch team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in Banking or Financial Services. The position involves being the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with their needs, and building relationships. PBAs will also perform daily operational tasks, handle transactions, and contribute to bank-wide goals. Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • At least two (2) years' of strong customer service experience
  • General interest in the financial services industry
  • Desire to develop a long-term employment relationship
  • Passion for problem-solving and working with people
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to learn bank-specific software
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly so that others may understand
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Ability to use repeated motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers constantly throughout the day
  • Ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
  • Ability to frequently move items up to 25 lbs. in weight

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers when they visit our branch or call the branch for assistance.
  • Work hands-on with other branch team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build relationships with our customers and connect them with products and services that support their financial goals.
  • Help new customers become acquainted with our bank and our services.
  • Perform a variety of day-to-day operational tasks, from basic cash handling to more complex transactions.
  • Leverage your talents and skill set to help achieve bank-wide goals.
