Fidelity Bank is a relationship-driven, community bank seeking Personal Bankers located in the Scranton area and Lackawanna County. Our Fidelity Bankers work to provide clients the very best experience, whether completing a simple transaction, or having a more in-depth consultative discussion. Personal Bankers assist clients with a variety of banking needs like opening new accounts, educating them on products and services, and demonstrating the ease-of-use of mobile and digital banking tools, while working to achieve established customer service and sales objectives. Our most successful bankers truly care about people, are technically adept, and like to be an active part of a team. The Bank provides all the training and mentorship you need to support your success as a Fidelity Banker. As a floating Personal Banker, you will perform a variety of duties that support the customer sales and service functions throughout our branches in Lackawanna county. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, coordinating work within the branch, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility based on the branch's customer volume and service needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an engaging experience for all customers (internal and external) through a committed execution of the Fidelity Model Experience and by embodying the organization’s core values.
  • Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  • Assist customers in achieving their financial goals through consultative conversations.
  • Foster relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customer retention and growth.
  • Provide direct service on deposit products and services, including completing necessary documentation and performing point-of-sale processing.
  • Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers to ensure continued growth.
  • Assist clients with a variety of banking needs like opening new accounts, educating them on products and services, and demonstrating the ease-of-use of mobile and digital banking tools.
  • Achieve established customer service and sales objectives.
  • Assist customers with their transactions.
