About The Position

As a Personal Banker in the Management of Companies and Enterprises sector located in Purvis, PUR, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized financial services to individual clients. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through various banking products such as loans, deposits, and investment options to help them achieve their financial goals. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales is required.
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products, services, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with financial advising or personal financial planning.
  • Knowledge of local market and community demographics in Purvis, PUR.
  • Certification such as Certified Personal Banker (CPB) or similar credentials.
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills relevant to the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
  • Open, maintain, and close customer accounts in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Process routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products to meet individual client needs and support business growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any account-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate complex transactions and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Adhere to all compliance and risk management policies to safeguard customer information and institutional integrity.
