About The Position

Utah First Credit Union is seeking to add a full-time Personal Banker to the team at our Provo, UT branch. This individual provides exceptional service and strives to improve our customers' financial lives by cross-selling products and services as well as producing loans. The schedule for the Personal Banker position falls within our branch hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM. Are you driven and innovative? Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18-years-old or older
  • Customer service experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Experience in consumer lending
  • Cash handling experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate consumer loans that benefit customers' lives.
  • Open new accounts.
  • Take loan applications.
  • Disburse loan applications for customers.
  • Cross-sell credit union products and services that meet customer needs and improve their financial well-being.
  • Meet and exceed individual and branch loan production goals each month.
  • Complete transactions for a variety of requests such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks, money orders, and cash advances.
  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.
  • Participate in individual and credit union training.
