Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Retail banking or customer service experience preferred
Enjoy working with people and building lasting relationships
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and can confidently explain products and services
Adaptable and comfortable learning new systems and technology
Flexible and willing to assist in different areas, including teller support and occasional Saturday hours

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending the right banking solutions.
Assist new and existing customers with opening and maintaining a full range of deposit accounts and services.
Provide guidance on digital banking, debit cards, IRAs, and other retail banking products.
Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and referrals.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with every interaction.
Work collaboratively with your team to support daily operations and deliver a seamless banking experience.
