About The Position
Candidate is primarily responsible for profiling customers and marketing a full range of credit and non- credit products and services to existing and potential individual and small business customers.
Requirements
- A High school diploma is standard
- One to two years of customer service, retail banking, or sales background.
- Strong communication, active listening, basic math, and computer organization.
Nice To Haves
- an associate or bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close accounts: Help clients set up checking, savings, or certificates of deposit (CDs).
- Recommend products: Suggest personal loans, credit products, and mortgages based on client needs.
- Provide support: Answer clients questions, fix account issues, and process routine transactions.
