Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by building relationships through proactive outreach and recommending suitable products, services, and digital solutions to aid customers in achieving financial success. The position requires assisting customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, processing service requests, and submitting credit applications. The Associate Personal Banker will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within established policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role is developing a comprehensive understanding of bank products and services to effectively meet customer needs, interacting with customers to demonstrate care and foster relationships, and referring customers with financial needs to other bankers and partners. This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including a satisfactory background investigation. Individuals in a SAFE position must also meet Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
