About The Position

This role is responsible for the effective and professional performance of financial service functions. The Personal Banker will establish and maintain effective and professional business relationships with customers and external contacts, as well as coordinate and communicate effectively with area personnel and management. The position requires familiarity with Cache Valley Bank’s procedures and training.

Requirements

• No prior personal banking experience required.
• Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone.
• Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, able to tactfully resolve issues as they arrive.
• Detail oriented, accurate and efficient.
• Team player who also displays individual initiative.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s vision and values.

Nice To Haves

• Teller and/or banking experience is desirable.
• Branch services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established company policies and standards.
• Good working relations exist with branch personnel.
• Sparak banking system experience preferred.
