Join the MRV Banks Retail Team as a Full Time Personal Banker! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, cares about accuracy, and thrives in a customer-focused, service-driven setting. As a Personal Banker with MRV Banks, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers find financial solutions that fit their needs. You’ll open and maintain accounts, support teller transactions, educate customers on digital banking tools, and build meaningful relationships that help neighbors and community members move closer to their financial goals. Requirements

• High school diploma (some college a plus)
• Customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills
• Friendly, solution-oriented mindset and reliability
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Live in (or near) our community.

Responsibilities

• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
• Support teller transactions and account maintenance
• Assist customers with online & mobile banking tools
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional service
• Support branch goals through teamwork and relationship building
