The Personal Banker provides excellent client service by offering appropriate products and services and responding to inquiries promptly. This role involves engaging clients and prospects in financial reviews to identify needs and provide solutions, making recommendations, and following through on commitments. The Personal Banker maintains direct contact with clients, offering proactive solutions and problem resolutions in line with the bank’s service standards. Key responsibilities include opening Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients, supporting Client Service Specialists with teller functions (including cash transactions), and referring clients to internal business partners for a wide range of bank products and services. The role also involves resolving client issues and requests with strong follow-through and building familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
