The Personal Banker is responsible for providing professional and courteous service to customers across all channels, including in-branch, online, email, mail, and phone. This role involves proactively engaging customers in financial conversations, introducing products and services, and assisting with various account-related tasks such as opening and closing deposit accounts, IRAs, safe deposit boxes, processing wire transfers, issuing debit cards, and supporting online and mobile banking. The Personal Banker also performs traditional teller functions, handles currency management, and ensures compliance with all bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. They are expected to maintain a positive work environment and support other branches and the bank as needed.
