The Personal Banker role focuses on providing excellent client service through immediate acknowledgement, identifying and offering appropriate products and services, and timely response to inquiries. This position involves engaging clients and prospects in financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover additional financial needs, making recommendations, and following through on commitments. The Personal Banker maintains direct contact with clients, offering proactive solutions and problem resolutions in line with the bank’s service standards. Key responsibilities include opening Consumer and Business accounts for new and existing clients, acting as a resource for Client Service Specialists by assisting with teller functions (including cash transactions) when necessary, and supporting branch goals by identifying and referring bank products and services to internal business partners. The role also involves resolving client issues with strong follow-through and building familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
