As a Personal Banker, you will act as a subject matter expert in the branch for both customers and colleagues regarding all products, services, policies, and procedures of TD, especially concerning personal and business banking. You will provide sound advice with every customer interaction, contributing to an exceptional customer experience. Your role involves discovering and advising on meeting/exceeding customer needs through curious and thoughtful questions, improving customer financial confidence, and engaging in customer outreach to discuss portfolio updates and additional opportunities. You will also provide total financial reviews, ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently, and maintain a professional branch environment. Additionally, you may support frontline transactions and act as a point of escalation for colleagues.
