Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and recommending suitable products, services, and digital solutions to enhance customers' financial success. The position requires assisting customers with basic requests such as opening new accounts, managing service requests, and processing credit applications. Associates will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within established policies and procedures. A key aspect of this role is developing a comprehensive understanding of bank products and services to effectively meet customer needs. The position also involves interacting with customers to demonstrate care and foster relationships, as well as referring customer financial needs to other bankers and partners. This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties that may include offering/negotiating terms or taking applications for dwelling-secured transactions, necessitating compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting these requirements, including satisfactory background investigation results and Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z.
