The Personal Banker will engage in customer outreach, conduct total financial reviews, and ensure efficient resolution of customer issues, escalating when necessary. A comprehensive understanding of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends is required to support recommendations. The role also includes maintaining a professional branch environment, supporting frontline transactions, and acting as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
