At C&N, we’re seeking a Personal Banker to build lasting customer relationships while delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service. In this role, you’ll help customers open accounts, explore lending options, navigate digital banking services, and identify products that meet their unique needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years previous related experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen customer relationships by providing personalized service, educating customers on C&N's products and services, and delivering an exceptional banking experience.
  • Open consumer and business deposit accounts, assist with digital banking solutions, and recommend products and services that align with customers' financial needs and goals.
  • Identify lending opportunities, assist customers with consumer loan products, originate eligible loan applications, and guide customers through the lending process.
  • Support branch business development efforts by building community relationships, participating in outreach activities, and collaborating with business partners to identify referral opportunities.
  • Provide support with teller transactions and branch operations as needed while maintaining compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
