About The Position

Cornerstone Bank is looking for a full-time Personal Banker to join our professional team in Aberdeen. This candidate is responsible for performing the duties of a Personal Banker and assisting other Personal Bankers in performing their roles. The incumbent will provide support including collateral perfection and tracking, monitoring, tickler resolution, and other duties necessary to assist in providing timely loan closings/account openings as well as on-going monitoring support. In addition, this position will take walk-in bank traffic for loan and deposit needs using a customer-focused needs based approach to educate clients about banking options.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of all bank deposit products and policies
Skill in performing typical financial transactions
High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of bank or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
Pre-employment background and credit screening are required for this position
