Personal Banker - Aliana/Sienna
About The Position
We are currently seeking a Personal Banker, bilingual preferred (English/Spanish), for our Sienna location in Missouri City, TX to assist credit union members with various financial transactions in a personable, professional manner. The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. The qualified candidate will need to have one to three years retail and/or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas was required on a routine basis. This position demands a flexible 4/10 schedule with rotational Saturdays required. Monthly incentives are paid out based on meeting company metrics. Requirements
- One to three years of financial or related experience, in which achieving sales goals or quotas was required on a routine basis.
- High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience.
