About The Position

The Personal Banker role involves performing financial service functions, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and external contacts, and ensuring effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management. The position requires familiarity with Cache Valley Bank’s procedures and training. The role emphasizes efficient and effective delivery of branch services in accordance with company policies and standards, clear and accurate communication, good working relations with branch personnel, and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, accurate, efficient, a team player with individual initiative, and maintain the highest ethical standards.

Requirements

• No prior personal banking experience required
• Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone
• Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, able to tactfully resolve issues as they arrive
• Detail oriented, accurate and efficient
• Team player who also displays individual initiative
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s vision and values

Nice To Haves

• Teller and/or banking experience is desirable
• Sparak banking system experience preferred
