This is an office-based position where the duties and responsibilities must be carried out onsite. The Personal/Universal Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional client service experience while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. They are responsible for executing and/or submitting various administrative and operational activities related to clients, banking products and services. The role involves interacting with clients in person, via telephone, and email, responding to inquiries and providing information. Primary activities include opening, maintaining, and servicing client accounts, executing money movement, preparing client materials and reports, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves providing maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships by cross-selling and identifying client needs, while strictly adhering to banking guidelines, procedures, and policies. The Personal/Universal Banker is expected to mentor fellow Bankers and contribute to the evolution of processes, procedures, and the operating environment of their Wealth Management team.
