Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales, banking, or a customer-facing environment
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance service and sales priorities
- Comfort using technology and Microsoft Office tools
Nice To Haves
- Previous banking experience
- NMLS registration
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service, uncover customer needs, recommend the right financial solutions, and support daily branch operations.
- Partner across the organization to deepen relationships and help grow the branch.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through service and proactive outreach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend deposit, lending, and other financial solutions.
- Process teller and platform transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Univest partners to create a seamless customer experience.
- Support branch goals, compliance standards, and day-to-day operations.
