The Personal Banker is responsible for generating business and deepening relationships by promoting products and services to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include providing high quality customer service while achieving sales goals and supporting banking center staff as needed. Duties will include, but are not limited to, greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment, providing extraordinary customer service while achieving goals and supporting the banking center staff as needed, building and maintaining relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that meet their needs, promoting financial products and services, opening deposit accounts and taking loan applications, processing consumer loan/credit line requests for customers, processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to internal controls and procedures, generating new business and expanding relationships with current customers through networking and Centers of Influence, responding to customer inquiries and concerns and creating positive solutions, and supporting other employees as needed.
