About The Position

The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.

Requirements

• One to three years retail and/or financial institution experience in which achieving goals/quotas was required on a routine basis.
• High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience.
• One to three years of financial or related experience, in which achieving sales goals or quotas was required on a routine basis.
