In this role, you will create and deliver an exceptional client experience while building and strengthening customer relationships. You will serve as a trusted financial partner by actively listening to clients' needs, identifying opportunities, and recommending appropriate banking products, services, and financial solutions. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their financial goals. You will adapt to changing business needs, resolve client concerns professionally, protect confidential customer information, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and ensure all banking activities are completed accurately and in compliance with Bank policies and procedures. While this position is primarily focused on personal banking and relationship management activities, occasional support may be provided to branch operations, including transactional services, as business needs require.
