The position of Personal Banker II is responsible for ensuring customer needs are achieved by conducting thorough financial needs assessments and recommending appropriate products and services. This role involves generating leads, building new and maintaining existing customer relationships, and delivering a great customer experience through simplicity, guidance, and expertise, both at the service window and through needs assessment and sales. This level is based on 3 to 5 years of banking experience or previous Teller or experience in a customer contact/sales position or equivalent.
