About The Position
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations. This position will cover multiple branches. Must be able to travel between locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records
- Promote bank products and services based on customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with branch operations and support team goals
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and procedures
