This role provides prompt, professional, and accurate information to members and potential members, focusing on opening new accounts, securing loans, and cross-selling Credit Union products and services to meet member needs and increase satisfaction. The FSR is responsible for maintaining quality service standards while meeting or exceeding monthly assigned sales goals.
