The Personal Banker positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, engaging in proactive sales conversations through various interactions including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. They are expected to deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, leverage partnerships and community Centers of Influence, create customer loyalty through a differentiated experience, and educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology. The role also requires applying product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, managing risk by adhering to policies and procedures, and participating in efficient and accurate branch daily operations. Employees are expected to be customer-focused and adept at managing risk within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
