Pepper's Personal Assistants is a fast-growing executive services organization that launched in 2012. Executives, business owners, and busy professionals contact us to handle their household tasks, chores, and projects. We make our clients' life easier, allowing them to focus on their families, careers, and other activities they love. We are hiring for a Personal Assistant to support a busy family in Kirkland. Our client is looking to find someone who can help them with household management and chores to give them extra time to focus on their careers and family. This client thrives on balance. They are thoughtful, introverted, and spend their days leading others, which means their home environment is their space to recharge. The ideal candidate is someone who understands that rhythm and is able to sense when to offer help and when to keep things running without needing much direction. If you naturally understand people and know how to adapt your energy to meet theirs, you will fit right in.

Requirements

Experienced in household management with a passion for service.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset - noticing and handling household needs without being asked
Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
Someone looking for a long-term role that fits well with family life
Independent, with a knack for taking initiative.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Trustworthy and respectful of privacy.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Chores including daily laundry, light cleaning, tidying, dishes, and home organization
Basic meal and snack prepping
Errands including picking up groceries, prescriptions, dry cleaning, returns, etc.
Assist with special projects / vendors / household management
Maintain and follow detailed home maintenance needs
Vendor coordination
Seasonal projects
