About The Position

Core4ce is seeking a talented Personnel Security Clearance Specialist in support of a government customer in Chesapeake, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data validation and tracking support for adjudicative processing. This position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Background in Administrative support, file management and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to provide clear communication and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and contacts and interact professionally with government personnel.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Providing record and file management support for adjudicative processing. Record and file management support includes, but is not limited to, assembling, digitization, storing, retrieving, and access control of records, files, and pertinent work areas.
• Receiving, screening, validation and processing of documents and case files.
• Interact directly with SECCEN customers via telephone and email correspondence.
• Performance of electronic fingerprint recording, when required, as part of the data validation and tracking support for the adjudicative process.
• Deliver complete and accurate case file packages to the government that are ready for further adjudicative processing based on applicable handbooks and processing guides.
• Participation, possibly in both writing and review, in the bid and proposal process for Core4ce’s strategic growth portfolio.
