About The Position

Acts as a liaison between Project Managers, clients, contractors, and local agencies throughout the permitting process Manages the preparation, completion, and submission of permit applications Conducts regulatory research for compliance as it pertains to local, state, and national building codes, zoning regulations, and ordinances Identifies and resolves permitting issues All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years' experience in civil engineering or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, strong written and verbal skills, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills
