About The Position

This is a temporary project role for a Permit Project Coordinator focusing on Renewables, located onsite in Juno Beach, FL. The estimated duration is 12 months with possible extensions. The role requires 100% of the time to be spent at the Client's site, with no telecommuting or remote work. Occasional travel to project sites and regulatory offices may be required. Candidates must be able to relocate as required.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL
• Experience in a corporate environment, preferably in permitting, regulatory compliance, or related field (5+ years).
• Experience with building codes and permitting processes.
• Experience navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Construction projects related to renewable energy, electrical utility, or major infrastructure permitting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage permit applications for renewable energy construction projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local AHJs to facilitate the permitting process.
• Interpret and apply local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Prepare and review permit applications and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, construction, development and project management teams.
• Track and report permit status and ensure timely submission of all required documentation.
• Coordinate permit activity timelines in alignment with the overall project schedule.
