About The Position
We are looking for a Permit Coordinator who will play a critical part in the everyday success of our install departments. The ideal candidate would have great attention to details and be a master of communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Permitting is highly desired
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communicator
- Time management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar web based programs
Responsibilities
- Apply for all required permits necessary to complete jobs
- Follow up on pending permit applications
- Schedule permit inspections for every job within specified time frames
- Adhere to all county and state regulations for permitting
- Schedule temporary disconnects and reconnects with power company and building department
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the customer.
- Work closely with the Install Coordinators and Trade Managers.
- Participate in training for growth and development as a professional.
