Requirements

Experience in permitting, construction admin, or related role (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working with online portals and basic office software
Positive, team-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

Handle high volume permit applications for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC projects
Coordinate inspections with inspectors and failed inspections with homeowners
Process all permits accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Coordinate power drops and electrical service upgrades by working with utility companies, inspectors, contractors, and homeowners
Track approvals and inspections through city and county offices
Maintain accurate records of permits, fees, and inspection results
