We are looking for a Permit Coordinator who will play a critical part in the everyday success of our install departments. The ideal candidate will possess great attention to detail and be a master of communication.

Requirements

Previous experience with Permitting is highly desired
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Effective communicator
Time management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar web based programs

Responsibilities

Apply for all required permits necessary to complete jobs
Follow up on pending permit applications
Schedule permit inspections for every job within specified time frames
Adhere to all county and state regulations for permitting
Schedule temporary disconnects and reconnects with power company and building department
Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the customer
Work closely with the Install Coordinators and Trade Managers
Participate in training for growth and development as a professional
