Perishable Assistant Manager
About The Position
This is an hourly, entry-level management role in a store perishable foods department. The assistant manager works in a dynamic retail environment and develops an understanding of the company’s values, business measures, standards, and operations. The role helps ensure knowledgeable and passionate team members educate customers and provide fresh products. Department assignments may include Produce, Floral, Deli, Bakery, Cheese, Meat, or Seafood. The position is full-time and requires availability in the morning, afternoon, and evening, including weekends. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience or a college degree.
- Computer skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends.
