About The Position
Emplify Health is seeking a Perioperative Technician for its GI Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The technician helps prepare patients for procedures and assists clinicians and the care team. The role also involves starting IVs, restocking supplies, and collecting specimens for delivery to the lab. This is a casual, on-call position with 8-hour day shifts and no weekends or holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- One year of work experience in a health care setting.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers certification, including hands-on learning, from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Responsibilities
