Are you open to being cross trained in preoperative, postoperative and the intraoperative? As a PRN Perioperative RN at Chattanooga Pain Center, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing various pain relieving surgical procedures. Working closely with our experienced surgical team, you will contribute to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients throughout the perioperative process.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Active RN license in the state
  • BLS and ACLS Required, PALS if required by the center
  • Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet the needs of patients and the unit
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience in PACU or Critical Care preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing various pain relieving surgical procedures.
  • Contribute to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients throughout the perioperative process.
  • Cross-trained in preoperative, postoperative and the intraoperative.
