About The Position

Responsible for completion of nursing assessment to identify individual needs and problems, supervise & direct patient care and personnel, assist anesthesia as needed, and ensure proper techniques & standards of care are maintained. Participates in OR call schedule as needed. Ability to work irregular hours.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure for the state of AR.
• CPR certified.
• Accurate assessment skills.
• Ability to quickly plan needed actions and implement those actions.
• Good communication skills required with peers, patients, physicians and hospital management.
• Demonstrate willingness to be a team player.
• Ability to work irregular hours.

Nice To Haves

• OR PREOP PACU experience preferred.
• ACLS & PALS certifications.
• CNOR certification.
• CPAN certification.
