About The Position

Our established, growing multi-specialty dental practice in the Syracuse Metro Area is excited to welcome a talented Periodontist to our team. We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for the right candidate. With a strong and loyal patient base, a steady stream of internal referrals, and immediate clinical demand, you'll have the opportunity to build a productive schedule from day one. Backed by a collaborative team of general dentists and specialists, you'll enjoy the support needed to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while growing your practice. As a Periodontist in our organization, you'll play a vital role in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and improved oral health through expert diagnosis, surgical care, implant placement, and comprehensive periodontal treatment planning.

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified Periodontist
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Active New York dental license
• Warm, patient-focused chairside manner
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Place dental implants
• Perform cosmetic periodontal procedures
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease and related conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive and maintenance periodontal care
• Address gum concerns, including inflammation, recession, and sensitivity
