About The Position

This is an opportunity for a Periodontist in the Buffalo Metro Area at an established, growing multi-specialty dental practice. The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a strong, loyal patient base with a steady stream of internal referrals, ensuring a productive schedule from day one. The Periodontist will be supported by a collaborative team of general dentists and specialists, allowing them to focus on exceptional patient care and practice growth. The position involves diagnosing, surgically treating, and planning comprehensive periodontal care, including implant placement, to help patients achieve healthier smiles and improved oral health.

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified Periodontist
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Active New York dental license
• Warm, patient-focused chairside manner
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Place dental implants
• Perform cosmetic periodontal procedures
• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease and related conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide preventive and maintenance periodontal care
• Address gum concerns, including inflammation, recession, and sensitivity
