Ohel’s Early Childhood Mental Health Program is seeking a compassionate and skilled LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT to provide specialized mental health services to pregnant and postpartum women at our Early Childhood Treatment Center in Far Rockaway. The therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for women experiencing perinatal and postpartum mental health disorders. This role involves working with clients individually, in mother-infant dyads, and within the broader family system, including partners and other family members. Applicants may be asked to deliver presentations and treat individuals and couples experiencing life transitions, relationship challenges, PTSD, and other emotional or mental health concerns. Candidates should be knowledgeable about maternal mental health, attachment theory, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
