This role involves the ability to independently assist ECMO cannulation in adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients while being comfortable operating in fast pace emergent cardiac cases. The candidate must have 5 years experience in Perfusion and be able to work 5 days a week. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Perfusion
- Flu Vaccine Required - No Exemptions
- Ability to independently assist ECMO cannulation in adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
- Comfortable operating in fast pace emergent cardiac cases
- ECMO Transport is a MUST
- Spectrum Pump experience
- Experience in Terumo system 1
- Experience in Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia
- Experience in ISTAT
- Experience in Centrimag
- Experience in Impella 5.5
- Experience in Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit
- Experience in CardioHelp
- Experience in Angiovac
- Experience in CardioQuip HC
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Clinical Perfusionist (ABCP) certification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
- Work Setting Experience Required: CVOR
- Work Setting Experience Required: General OR
- Work Setting Experience Required: Pedi CVOR
- Work Setting Experience Required: Pedi General OR
- Work Setting Experience Required: Trauma Level 1
- At least 1 year of EPIC experience
- Experienced traveler
